Ryan Reynolds and Jodi Comer-led action film Free Guy was released on Friday, February 25 across several different streaming platforms, including Disney+. The film centers gaming in a very visible way, including real-world games and streamers like Pokimane, Jacksepticeye and more. It also noticeably features several real gaming products—in particular, Comer's character Millie appears with various gaming kit components, including the HyperX Cloud II headphones.

From the first moment we see Millie in the film (in the real world, that is), she's pictured with her Cloud II headset, which was our best value pick when we tested gaming headphones. We've broken down what made the Cloud II headphones stand out, as well as a few other gaming headphones that we love from HyperX, which are all currently available at HP.

According to our reviewer, the Cloud II headphones come with comfortable leatherette (or velour) ear cups and a long-lasting aluminum body. We noted that the sound quality of the Cloud II headphones is fairly explosive (appropriate for Free Guy's in-game action, to be fair), but with a little adjusting, the audio quality was superb. The headset is also compatible with several different consoles and systems, making it perfect for those that like to move between PC gaming and console gaming, though in the film Millie primarily uses hers for PC gaming.

HyperX also makes several other incredible gaming headsets. The Cloud Stinger Core wireless headphones came third in our lineup of the best gaming headsets for Xbox, thanks to subtly balanced audio and a high-quality microphone. Additionally, the Cloud Alpha Wireless headset—a wireless version of one of our favorite headsets—debuted at CES 2022. The headset is intended to hold battery for ten times the regular amount of charge (a whopping 300 hours) and is expected to debut later this month.

To capture Jodi Comer's gamer vibe, you can shop for the Cloud II headphones, as well as other gaming accessories like microphones, keyboards and more from HP's HyperX store.
